Mietta's Review
The restaurant continues to provide quite expensive dishes for guests at the Warrenmang Vineyard Resort or those visiting the Pyrenees vineyards nearby. New chef, Daniel Jones, has given up Brisbane for the cooler, cleaner air of the Pyranees. In line with prevailing fashions, he uses local and seasonal produce for the dishes on his strongly European influenced menu. The resort is still managed by the Bazzani family. Good selection of local wines.

Gourmet Traveller 2006 restaurant guide "A pioneer of good food, wine and hospitality in the goldfields region of central Victoria, Luigi Bazzani is again firmly in charge of the vineyard village resort he created in 1988, his retirement thwarted by the failure of a proposed company float. This means his charming personality and perfectionism continue to rule the European-style chalet restaurant, which overlooks rows of vines framed by the bushland valley."

Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Guide Australia 2004,'It's best enjoyed as a package-outstanding wine, food and accommodation...The four-course, fixed price banquets are firmly based on the produce of the region and are fashioned to accompany the wines of this estate...Standards are at a comendable high.'
